June 5 Triad Meeting: Keeping the Keys

Posted on 05/07/2018

AAA Presents “Keeping the Keys”

Nobody—especially as we get older—wants to hear it’s time to give up the car keys. At the June 5 meeting of the Essex Co.-Tappahannock Triad, you can find out what to do to keep driving safely for as long as possible.

The Triad meeting is at 10 a.m. on June 5. Kate Wilson from AAA Tidewater Virginia will share essential information, tools and resources to help mature drivers stay on the road. Maintain your mobility by attending this Keeping the Keys presentation.

Due to a one-time scheduling conflict at our regular meeting place, the June 5 meeting will be at 10 a.m. at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 216 Duke St. in Tappahannock.

Triad is a partnership among law enforcement, older citizens and their family and friends, and community organizations. Its goal is to enhance the safety and quality of life of older citizens, and people of all ages are welcome. For more information, email the Triad at essextriad@gmail.com, or contact the Tappahannock Police Dept. 804-443-3992.
